Rail Land Development Authority (A statutory authority under Ministry of Railways) invites applications from qualified, young and energetic Indian Nationals for the post of Site Engineer having Graduate Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering for its projects located in Pan-India. The engagement of successful candidates will be on a short-term contract basis, initially for a period of up to one year, which is extendable subject to review of performance and project requirements. The post is purely temporary and contractual.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Candidates must have a B.E./B. Tech in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).
- Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience is required in Central Govt./State Govt./Central Govt. PSUs/State Govt. PSUs/Other Private Organizations in the field relevant to Construction/Development/Electrical work/MEP etc..
- Only full-time regular courses shall be considered, and experience is counted after acquiring the minimum prescribed qualification. Internship, apprenticeship, training, teaching, academic, and freelancing experience are not considered as qualifying experience.

Age Relaxations:
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Ex-Servicemen.
Remuneration:
- The monthly consolidated remuneration is Rs.76,000/- (all inclusive).
Selection Process:
Selection is based on the following criteria and an interview:
- Last drawn Gross Salary.
- Relevant work experience in Civil Construction/Projects supervision (minimum 02 years).
- Percentage marks obtained in B.Tech Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
- Weightage will be given for M.Tech qualification.
- Weightage will also be given for candidates who have directly worked in Indian Railways/Central PSU/State PSU/Govt Dept for a minimum cumulative period of one year.
Procedure to Apply:

- Candidates must fill out the Application Form (Annexure-I) and Checklist (Annexure-II) using a blue ball pen in block letters.
- Send one set of self-attested photocopies of the filled-in application form along with the checklist.
- Attach all required documents, including: matriculation certificate (age proof), full set of degree certificates and mark sheets, experience certificates, category certificate (if applicable), last three months’ payslips and Form-16 of the last Financial Year (2025-26), photo ID & address proof, and four recent passport size photographs.
- Candidates are required to sign the application and all documents.
