Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential:
- Matric or equivalent from a recognized Board.
- Proficiency in handling Private Board Exchange (PBX) Board.
- Minimum duration of experience required is 6 months.
- Desirable: Fluency in spoken English and Hindi.
Selection Process:
Selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit determined by the marks obtained in the Written Test (100 marks). To reduce the number of candidates, screening will be carried out based on the percentage of marks obtained in the Matriculation/Xth Board examination.
- The Written Test has four parts of 25 marks each: General Intelligence & Numerical Aptitude, General Awareness, General English (English only), and Logic & Reasoning.
- Applicants must also undergo a Practical test and Interview, which are for qualifying purposes only, to check proficiency in handling exchange operations.
- Shortlisted candidates will be directed to undergo a medical test.
