Eligibility Criteria:

| Library Information Assistant | Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science from a recognized University. |
| Technical Assistant (Field/Lab Research) | Bachelor degree in Science with Botany/Zoology/Forestry/Environment/Ecology/Bio Technology/Genetics/Micro Biology/Bio-Chemistry/Geology as one of the subjects. |
| Stenographer Grade II | (i) 12th Class certificate. (ii) Minimum speed of 80 WPM in Stenography in English/Hindi. (iii) Certificate Course in computer applications |
| Technician (Field/Lab Research) | 10+2 in Science with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent from a recognized Board. |
| Store Keeper | 12th pass from a recognized board. |
| Technician (Maintenance) | Matriculation from a recognized Board with ITI certificate in a relevant trade or a Certificate course from a Govt. recognized Institute. |
| Lower Division Clerk (LDC) | (i) 12th class certificate. (ii) Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer. |
| Forest Guard | 12th Pass with Science from a Government recognized Board. The appointee will be required to complete Forestry training during the probation period. |
| Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) | Essential: 10th pass. Desirable: 3 or more years of experience in the relevant field. |

Selection Process:
Selection involves the following three stages:
- Stage-I: Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Stage-II: Descriptive Paper (Date to be notified later).
- Stage-III: Skill/Trade Test (Date to be notified later).
- CBT Structure: The test includes subjects such as General Awareness, General English, Mental Ability & Reasoning, and Arithmetic. Posts like Technician and Technical Assistant have questions specific to the relevant field/subject.
- Negative Marking: A negative marking of 1/3 or 1/4 mark applies for each wrong answer, depending on the post.
