Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduation from any recognized Board/University/Institution.
- Minimum 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.
- Ability to read /speak English, Hindi and/or conversant with local language.
Age Limit (As of 01.05.2026):
- Should not be more than 27 years.
Age Relaxations:
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years
- Ex-Serviceman – 5 years
Pay and Allowances:
The engagement begins with a stipend period and transitions to a consolidated pay after successful training and certification.

Stipend during Training:
- Initially, Rs. 15,000/- per month. If the candidate fails the first attempt at required trainings/examinations, the stipend is reduced to Rs. 10,000/- per month.
- The three-year contract begins after passing all certification examinations.
Selection Process:
- Candidates with a higher percentage of marks at the Graduation level will be called first for the online interaction in a phased manner.
- The final selection will be done according to the merit list, prepared on the basis of marks secured in the interview.
