Educational Qualifications (Minimum 60% marks / 50% for reserved categories):
- Management Trainee (Marketing): 02 years full-time MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing/Agribusiness or B.Sc in Agriculture with M.Sc. (Agriculture) in any specialization.
- Management Trainee (F&A): Bachelors Degree with pass in final examination of CA/ICWA/CMA, OR Two years full time / regular MBA/PGDM/PGDBM with major specialization in Finance / Financial Management.
- Management Trainee (Materials): Full Time Regular Bachelor Degree in Engineering (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc.Engg.) in Mechanical/Material Science/Material science & technology/Material science & engineering, OR 02 years full time regular MBA/PG Degree/PGDM/PGDBM with specialization in Materials Management/Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management.
- Management Trainee (Information Technology): Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B. Tech/B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Computer Science Engineering/Information Technology, OR full time regular MCA.

Pay & Perks:
- Training Period (Minimum 1 year): Pay scale of ₹40,000 – 3% – 140,000 at a Basic Pay of ₹40,000.

Selection Process:
The selection process involves an Offline OMR Based test and a Personal Interview:
- Offline OMR Based Test: 80% Weightage
- 150 questions (100 from the domain subject and 50 from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge / Awareness).
- Duration: 2 hours (120 minutes), no negative marking.
- Personal Interview: 20% Weightage
- Candidates must qualify in the test and the interview separately with a minimum average of 50% marks.
