Note: In addition to Pay, employees will also be eligible for DA, HRA, and Transport Allowance as admissible to Central Government Employees stationed at Kolkata, along with other admissible benefits as per Institute’s rules. The employees of the Institute will be governed by the National Pension System w.e.f. 01.01.2004.

Procedure to Apply:
- The filled-in application must be in the prescribed Format, annexed to the advertisement.
- Affix a passport size self-attested recent colour photograph on the application form.
- Include requisite documents in support of educational qualification, age, caste, and working experience, all duly attested.
- Application fees must be sent by a demand draft drawn on State Bank of India only, payable at Kolkata, in favour of “INDIAN ASSOCIATION FOR THE CULTIVATION OF SCIENCE”.
- Send the application to reach the Registrar, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, 2A & B, Raja S. C. Mullick Road, Kolkata – 700032.
- The application must be received during office hours on any working day till the closing date.
Selection Process:
The selection scheme is as follows:
- For the post of Assistant: Level 1 – Written Test, Level 2 – Skill Test; Total 100 marks (50+50).
- For the post of MTS (General): Computer Based Test (Class X Standard) – Total Marks – 50, consisting of 15 marks Numerical ability, 15 marks Reasoning, 10 marks General Awareness, and 10 marks English Language.
