Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • All qualifications must be from Indian Institutions recognized by the Appropriate Statutory Authority.
  • Candidates who have completed their education qualifications during the years 2023, 2024, and 2025 are only eligible to apply.
  • Candidates with post-graduate qualifications or more than one year of work experience are not eligible.

Age Limit and Relaxations:

  • Candidates should not be less than 18 years of age
  • Reservation for SC/ST/OBC categories will be applicable as per provisions of the Apprentices Act 1961 and related Rules.

Selection Process:

Selection will be made on the basis of Academic Merit, Written Test, and/or Interview as required, subject to satisfactory verification of all documents.

Procedure to Apply:

Applications shall be accepted in online mode only, through the NATS and NAPS Portals.

  1. Registration is mandatory for B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Candidates on www.nats.education.gov.in (NATS 2.0) and for ITI Candidates on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
  2. Candidates registered in the respective portals are required to submit a scanned copy of the application in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-A) via email to admin2.dept.nstl@gov.in.
  3. Ensure all details in the application are correct and all mandatory documents are uploaded.
  4. If the qualifying exam marks are in CGPA, convert them into percentage as per university norms, as this will be verified during document verification.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Verification of credentials shall be done for the selected candidates prior to Creation of
    Contract itself and in case of any deviation from or non-conformity with desired qualification,
    candidature of the candidate shall be summarily rejected.
  2. All applicants are required to bring self-attested copies of documents mentioned below
    along with the printout of the application form (Annexure-A) during document
    verification/joining.
    Documents to be carried out:
    (a) 10th Marksheet and Certificate
    (b) B.E/B.Tech/Diploma/ITI Mark sheets for all semesters
    (c) Degree/Provisional Degree/Diploma/ITI Certificate
    (d) Caste Certificate if applicable
    (e) PWD Certificate if applicable
    (f) Any Photo Identity Card issued by Govt. of India i.e PAN Card, Voter Card, Driving
    License etc.,
    (g) Aadhar Card and Copy of Bank Pass Book
    (h) EWS Certificate (if applicable)
    (i) Medial Fitness Certificate issued by a Civil Assistant Surgeon or equivalent
    (j) Two Passport size photographs
