Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- Senior Manager (Medical-General Duty) – Mandatory: M.B.B.S. Degree from a National Medical Commission (NMC) recognized Medical College and registration with any State Medical Council/National Medical Commission.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in medical practices (preferably in OFHS/Government Hospitals/DPSU or listed companies).
- Pharmacist – Mandatory: B.Pharm from an institute approved by the Pharmacy Council of India.
- Experience: Experience is an added advantage.
- Nursing Assistants – Mandatory: B.Sc (Nursing) of 4 years duration, certified as a Registered Nurse & Midwife.
- Experience: Experience is an added advantage.

Age Relaxations:
- Age relaxation is applicable as per relevant Government orders for various categories.
- Relaxation as per the Government guidelines will be extended to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Service Man/Agniveers candidates.
Selection Process:
- Senior Manager (Medical): Screening of applications, Presentation before the Selection Committee, and Interview.
- Pharmacists and Nursing Assistants: Screening of applications, Written Test (General Knowledge – 40%, Domain Knowledge – 45%), and Interview for shortlisted candidates (15%).
- The Company may adopt higher criteria for shortlisting candidates if a large number of applications are received.
- Engagement is subject to medical fitness and a Police Verification Report (PVR).
