Information Technology Department
- For all IT specialist roles (Post Codes 1–7), candidates must meet one of the following basic educational requirements:
- A 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Instrumentation.
- A Post Graduate Degree in any of the fields mentioned above.
- A Graduate degree and having passed NIELIT ‘B’ Level (formerly DOEACC ‘B’ Level).
Credit and Finance Departments
- Manager – Chartered Accountant (Post Code 8): Must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Credit/Finance Roles (Post Codes 9–12): Graduation in any discipline AND a 2-year full-time MBA (Finance), MMS (Finance), or PGDBA/PGDBM in Finance.
- Financial Analyst Roles (Post Codes 13–14): Must be a Member of ICAI, ICMA (formerly ICWA), or a CFA.
Risk Management Department
- Model Validator (Post Code 15): CA/CFA OR a full-time/regular Master’s Degree in Mathematics or Statistics.
- Data Analyst (Post Code 17): CA; OR a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
