Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

Information Technology Department

  1. For all IT specialist roles (Post Codes 1–7), candidates must meet one of the following basic educational requirements:
  2. A 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Instrumentation.
  3. A Post Graduate Degree in any of the fields mentioned above.
  4. A Graduate degree and having passed NIELIT ‘B’ Level (formerly DOEACC ‘B’ Level).

Credit and Finance Departments

  1. Manager – Chartered Accountant (Post Code 8): Must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  2. Credit/Finance Roles (Post Codes 9–12): Graduation in any discipline AND a 2-year full-time MBA (Finance), MMS (Finance), or PGDBA/PGDBM in Finance.
  3. Financial Analyst Roles (Post Codes 13–14): Must be a Member of ICAI, ICMA (formerly ICWA), or a CFA.

Risk Management Department

  1. Model Validator (Post Code 15): CA/CFA OR a full-time/regular Master’s Degree in Mathematics or Statistics.
  2. Data Analyst (Post Code 17): CA; OR a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
  3. Risk Management & Climate Risk (Post Codes 18–19): CA; OR an Engineering graduate; OR a full-time Master’s Degree/MBA in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Environmental Sciences (for Climate Risk).
  4. Forex and Treasury (Post Codes 20–25)
  5. A full-time/regular Graduate Degree is mandatory.
  6. An MBA (Finance/Banking), FRM, or CFA is desirable.

Other Departments

  1. Wealth Management (Post Code 26): Graduate in any discipline AND a 2-year full-time MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM with a specialization in Marketing or Wealth Management.
  2. HR (Post Code 27): Graduate AND a 2-year full-time Post Graduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR, HRD, Social Work, or Labour Law.
  3. Marketing (Post Code 28): Graduate AND a 2-year full-time/regular MBA, PGDM, PGDBM, or MMS with a specialization in Marketing.
  4. Security (Post Code 29): Graduate from a recognized university.
  5. Estate Department (Post Codes 30–31): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (min 60% marks) for Civil Engineer roles, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with valid CoA registration for Architect roles.
